Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Flowers Wilting Early?
If your flowers don't last at least 5 days with proper care, reach out any time within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Wrong or Damaged Order
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in transit, let us know immediately and we'll arrange a same-day replacement where possible.
